This Saturday we’re running one of our newest — and most spectacular — mountain bike outings. It’s a point-to-point ride tracing the high cliffs and wild ridgelines on the western side of Lake Atitlán, with nonstop panoramic views. The route covers 30 km, climbing 1,000 m and dropping more than 2,000 m in elevation as we descend all the way to the lake below. It’s a big, beautiful roller-coaster of volcanic terrain. Your day includes a special picnic lunch, all park entrance fees, and a stop in the vibrant artisan town of San Juan La Laguna — the perfect finish after an epic ride.
