Tecpán to Lake Atitlán Mountain Bike Ride (Single Day)
Ride one of the most iconic point-to-point routes in Guatemala! Our Tecpán to Lake Atitlán Mountain Bike Ride links the high pine-covered mountains of Tecpán to Panajachel on the shores of Lake Atitlán—all in a single unforgettable day.
Locally known as the Tecpán – Pana Route, this tour has been carefully developed over years of exploration. We’ve connected ancient Maya footpaths with newly built trails from our Tecpán basecamp to make the Tecpán to Lake Atitlán Mountain Bike Ride the signature experience of Mountain Bike Guatemala.
On this full-day adventure, you’ll pedal through high-altitude pine forests, descend into dry canyons, and roll past coffee plantations before entering subtropical microclimates near Lake Atitlán. Every kilometer delivers new scenery and fresh challenges.
The point-to-point format also makes this ride a practical way to reach Lake Atitlán one way. Continue your journey at the lake while we handle everything—luggage transfer, vehicle support, and hotel pickup if needed.
With expert guides, premium full-suspension bikes, and seamless logistics, the Tecpán to Lake Atitlán Mountain Bike Ride is the best way to experience Guatemala’s highlands in a single day..
