Our Atitlán Oeste route is a full-day, point-to-point mountain bike tour for fit riders with previous mountain biking experience (intermediate level). The ride includes a mix of paved roads, dirt roads, and trail riding, with approximately 50% off-road terrain.

Riders should expect narrow trails, tight sections, dense jungle vegetation, sustained climbs, and long controlled descents on established trail. While this is not a downhill tour, it does include a cumulative 2000 meters of descending over the course of the day. Good bike handling, endurance, and comfort riding in variable trail conditions are required.
